DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Your SwimSpa is manufactured in Pretoria and can be delivered to customers across South Africa. We also work with reliable logistics partners who can assist with deliveries to neighbouring countries, including Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and Mozambique.
We understand that every property is different, particularly when it comes to access, available space and site conditions. That’s why we don’t expect you to figure everything out on your own.
Before delivery, we’ll discuss your site and help you understand what is required for your SwimSpa. Once your site has been confirmed as suitable and your configuration has been finalised, your SwimSpa can be delivered and assembled according to the agreed installation requirements.
WHAT DO YOU NEED ON SITE?
Your SwimSpa does not require the type of excavation and major construction associated with a traditional built swimming pool. However, your property still needs to meet some practical requirements.
A SUITABLE SURFACE
Your SwimSpa needs to be positioned on a suitable, stable and appropriately level surface.
DELIVERY ACCESS
There must be sufficient access for the SwimSpa to be delivered and assembled at your property.
ACCESS TO WATER
You’ll need access to a suitable water supply at your property so that the SwimSpa can be filled once installed.
ELECTRICITY
Electrical requirements will depend on the configuration and equipment selected for your SwimSpa.
